8 Cozy Coffee Shops to Check Out in Northern Colorado
Eight cozy, locally owned coffee shops in Northern Colorado, from Old Town Fort Collins and downtown Loveland to Greeley, Windsor, Berthoud and Wellington.
A family-owned Old Town Fort Collins coffee shop open since 1992, known for organic coffee, sandwiches and house-made cakes.
Starry Night has been part of Old Town Fort Collins since 1992. The family-owned café sits on South College Avenue, with local art on the walls and plenty of seating for reading, studying or meeting a friend.
The coffee is organic, and the bakery case is a big draw. Regulars recommend the house-made cakes, which are also available for special orders, and the peanut butter bars. Sandwiches round out the menu. Open daily from early morning into the evening, with later hours on Friday and Saturday.
