Nuance Chocolate has made small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate on Pine Street in Old Town Fort Collins since 2014. The cacao is roasted, ground and turned into bars in house, and the shop has a cafe counter for drinking chocolate. Tyler and Megan Ryan took over from founders Toby and Alix Gadd in 2025.
