About
A downtown Greeley coffee house known for its waffle wraps, espresso drinks and playful humor, named for the owner's great-aunt and her famously blunt sayings.
Aunt Helen's opened in downtown Greeley in 2017. It's named for co-owner Aimee Hutson's great-aunt, Helen Ingle, whose caricature and sayings appear around the shop. The same humor shows up on the menu, with items like the Rebel Rouser and Drive Fast Take Chances.
The waffle wrap is the top seller: a thin waffle wrapped around egg, cheese and your choice of meat. The Rebel Rouser version adds chorizo and green chile. There's also a full espresso menu, nitro cold brew, smoothies and avocado toast. It's open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
