About
A laid-back coffee house near the Colorado State University campus, open from early morning until midnight, known for its chai, rice bowls, and local art.
Alleycat sits just off Laurel Street near the Colorado State campus. It's a small space with booths, plants, local art and a lot of natural light. Students, professionals and creatives all use it, and the long hours make it a regular study spot.
Regulars say to try the chai at least once. The CSU barista pick is the Pink Panther. Food runs from veggie breakfast burritos and avocado toast to rice bowls named after cities, like the Tokyo and the Athens. The shop also hosts trivia nights. It's open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight, which makes it a good choice for late-night studying.
